Introspection on Contentment

We talk about a quiet mind.
The mind cannot be silenced when we have trained it to keep seeking.

When you face a situation, just face it.
Don’t make meaning.
Don’t assume.
Don’t guess.
Just take it as it is.
This is what is.

Optimism and pessimism are two sides of the same coin.
They both refuse to accept what is.
One wants things to be better.
The other believes they cannot be better.
Neither is content.

Contentment is found in breathing in the present.
Bring your awareness to the now.
Realise deeply,
What you have done,
What you are doing,
All that you are and will ever be,
This is what is.
And this is enough.
