When I think of gratitude, I sometimes think of thankfulness. However, I know that gratitude is more than that. It is the act of seeing something of regard in every situation. Even the tough times have a silver lining and even during the good times, we know that we must practice gratitude. It is a deeper knowing. Gratitude extends past appreciation, sinks right into our consciousness and radiates from our being.

Gratitude is the best attitude.

Gratitude attracts abundance.

Gratitude can be satisfying.

Gratitude improves self esteem.

Gratitude helps increase optimism.

Gratitude makes you happy.

Gratitude can be meditative.

Gratitude is in every situation.
